Paid tiers are rolling out — the product is free for everyone today. When live, billing happens inside the bot: pay in Telegram Stars or crypto. Card checkout — with a self-service customer portal — follows soon after.
STEP 01

Buy from inside the bot

Open the bot → /upgrade → pick a tier → Telegram opens its native Stars purchase sheet. One tap. Stars are pre-bought from Telegram (Apple Pay / Google Pay / card).

STEP 02

Tier active immediately for 30 days

Quotas reset to the new tier on the spot. The bot tracks your usage per feature in a monthly window — visible in /subscription.

STEP 03

Renew (or don't)

At the end of 30 days, the bot offers a one-tap «Renew» button. If you don't renew, your tier drops back to Free. Nothing else changes.

01 What is SBM Laser Help? +
A Telegram-native helper for operators of industrial laser cutting equipment. Knowledge base + parameter tables + intelligent tools, all in one bot. A mobile app is coming for Android and iOS.
02 Is there really a free tier? +
Yes. The bot is free to start. Most tools — tables, manuals, error codes, reference guide, courses, support — stay free forever with no quotas. Paid tiers only raise quotas on the intelligent modules and DXF calculators.
03 How does payment work? +
The product is free for all users today — we're rolling out paid tiers now. When live, three ways to pay: Telegram Stars (Telegram's in-bot currency), crypto via @CryptoBot (USDT/TON/BTC and others), and credit cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Pix / SEPA through our payment provider — for both the bot and the mobile app.
04 Is there auto-renewal? +
It depends on how you pay. Telegram Stars and crypto are one-time payments for a 30-day period — they do not auto-renew; the bot offers a one-tap «Renew» when the period ends. Card subscriptions (coming soon) renew automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime from the customer portal. Either way, you stay in control.
05 Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. With Telegram Stars or crypto there is nothing to cancel — if you don't renew, your tier simply drops to Free at the end of the 30-day period. With card subscriptions (coming soon) you can cancel anytime from the customer portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Free-forever tools keep working either way.
06 What happens to my data after my tier expires? +
Nothing is lost. Your account stays, your saved queries stay, your subscription history stays. Only the per-month quotas reset to Free-tier levels.
07 Are taxes included? +
Telegram Stars pricing is set in Stars, not local currency. Telegram handles the platform fee and currency conversion at purchase time. The USD price shown here is the reference value.
08 What's your refund policy? +
We honour the legal cooling-off periods: 14 days in the EEA / UK / Switzerland and 7 days in Brazil. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions (notably: if you make more than 5 intelligent queries within the cooling-off window, the right of withdrawal is no longer available — per Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
09 Is my payment data secure? +
Yes. We never see your card or bank account — Telegram (and, in the future, our payment provider) handles all payment data on their own infrastructure. We only receive the subscription status and the Telegram user ID.
10 Which languages are supported? +
The bot and the app are localised into 12 languages: English, Russian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Polish, Uzbek, Hindi, Arabic.
11 I run a workshop with 10 operators — do you have team pricing? +
Not as a public tier yet. Email support@sbmlaserhelp.com — we have informal arrangements for 5+ seats and a proper team plan is on the roadmap.
